5-class Autumn session:

“Doing your classes makes my brain and my body so darned happy! I think that we’re supposed to be moving this way more often in daily life.”

what we’ll do:

  • a warmup, find our deep postural muscles

  • work our agility, mobility, strength & endurance with functional flow movements (eg. bear crawls, the agility ladder, jumping weight transfers)

  • a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) circuit

  • blast music, sweat, laugh together

  • finish with some mindful movements, maybe even a little meditation…

Varied fitness levels welcome!

Class size is limited to ensure that everyone receives individual attention.
