5-class Autumn session:
October 17 - November 14
“Doing your classes makes my brain and my body so darned happy! I think that we’re supposed to be moving this way more often in daily life.”
what we’ll do:
a warmup, find our deep postural muscles
work our agility, mobility, strength & endurance with functional flow movements (eg. bear crawls, the agility ladder, jumping weight transfers)
a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) circuit
blast music, sweat, laugh together
finish with some mindful movements, maybe even a little meditation…
Varied fitness levels welcome!
Class size is limited to ensure that everyone receives individual attention.

$17 per class = $85 (taxes incl.) for the 5 class session
$20 drop-in (space permitting)
