Autumn 2019 session:

Mondays 5:30 p.m. September 16th - November 4th

(7 classes, with no class on the Thanksgiving Monday October 14th)

what we’ll do:

  • a warmup, find our postural muscles

  • work our agility, mobility, strength & endurance with functional movements (eg. bear crawls, agility ladder, single-leg jumps, rolling)

  • a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) circuit

  • blast music, sweat, laugh together

  • finish with some mindful movements, maybe even a little meditation…

All fitness levels welcome!

Class size is limited to ensure that everyone receives individual attention.

  • for 1 person, $15 per class = $105 (taxes incl.) for the 7 class session

  • for 2 or more (eg. 2 kids, 1 parent), $12 per person per class

  • $15 drop-in (space permitting)
